This is how our trip to family camp started . . . VERY EMPTY on fuel for at least 15 miles in south eastern KS -- thank goodness Thayer had a gas station! Anyway, we had a great time and the kids just loved it.

So, that MIGHT be Bryan using Kayla as a human shield in dodge ball . . . it's that competitive male thing, right????

After many attempts, Joshua finally worked up the courage to go down the slide . . .

and into the water! After he did it once, he couldn't get enough of it! Don't have a pic, but Kayla managed to jump off the diving board with her floaties on -- she's still telling anyone who will listen about it!

And this would be our smallest fish just out of the pool. BTW, he had his 4-month check up yesterday and is up to 16 lbs., 10 oz. (I keep having people ask me . . .)

Carrying on a very intense conversation with Miss Sandy.

Playing carpet ball

We let the kids pick which bed they wanted . . . and they both insisted on having a top bunk! In fact, Joshua even named that his favorite part about camp!

All smiles!

Kid activities!

Quite the crew, eh? I wish there was audio to go along with it .. . they were just giggling and cackling up a storm!

On the way home, we stopped at my grandparents, and Tyler chewed on his toes for the first time! So -- just had to document it! Now, we're home for a while and hopefully we can get into some kind of routine . . . .!
